Your payment less 20% of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between January 14 and February 11, 2011
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between February 12 and March 11, 2011
No reimbursement will be made after March 11, 2011
