Conference participants

Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between February 21 and March 7, 2013.
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between March 8 and April 5, 2013.
No reimbursement will be made after April 6, 2013.

Exhibitors

Your payment less 20% of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between January 28 and February 25, 2013.
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between February 26 and March 25, 2013.
No reimbursement will be made after March 26, 2013.
