|
Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before December 16, 2014.
If a cancellation is received between December 16, 2014 and January 30, 2015, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No reimbursement will be made after January 31, 2015. |

Exhibitors
Your payment less 20 % of the chosen package rate will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before December 16, 2014.
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between December 16 and January 16, 2015.
No reimbursement will be made after January 16, 2015.
All cancellations should be made in writing by e-mail to Antonio Correia (info@imaginenano.com). |

If you do need visa, the organization will be pleased to give you a letter of invitation to support your application.
However the invitation letter will only be issued to speakers or attendees who already registered.
The letter will be sent by email only. Be aware that we won’t be able to contact directly consulates and embassies.
